It drives me crazy when I am in the baggage claim area and everyone has to stand right next to the conveyer belt. This pretty much allows no one else to step up and grab their bag.
Why can't people just stand a few feet away and let those folks whose bags are actually on the belt step up to grab their bags?
But I guess that would really require consideration.
