Chattanooga has been selected a few times by various outdoor magazines as a cool place to live. It thus appears that these editors seem to be very smart.
You are right. Chattanooga really is a great town. I haven't been there since they completed the addition to the Hunter Museum. I need to get back that way sometime soon.
