Let us all boycott bottled water

Not only are the plastic water bottles really bad for the environment, but now we find out that we were cheated. Basically we were and are sold tap water instead of springs bottled waters. I think these companies need to feel the customers anger, and the best way to do this is to boycott all bottled waters. Plus you'll really help the environment in doing so.

Yeah, wtf. I have really never understood this. Sometimes it's convenient to buy a bottle out when you're thirsty, but what's so hard about filling up a reusable bottle?

And is it so hard to make city water safe to drink? If one cares enough about what he puts into his body, he should care about what happens to all the waste he is responsible for producing.

This is proof that marketing works! People have been sold on the idea that bottled water is better for them than tap water. I've read an article saying that actually tap water should be better because the few bugs in it are good for your gut.

Tap water also has stuff in it like fluoride which help your health as well. I found it was ridiculous (yes, that work is spelled correctly and that is why it looks funny) when in the 90's, the price of bottled water was less than the equivalent amount of soda or other drink and then it began climbing until it was on par with a bottle of soda or iced tea. It's just freaking water! There are no other ingredients in it. There is no high fructose corn syrup or any artificial sweeteners or caffeine in it. There is less ingredients in it and it therefore should cost less. But no, some marketing genius saw this as an opportunity to increase their profit margins and the public bought it hook, line, and sinker.
